When fitted to Mandarin's car they look as black (if not darker) as the Speedlines. I bet with a White Sticker on one of the spokes you wouldn't tell the difference unless up close Imnotworthy

Will there now be a wave of used TD's up for grabs?

Just picked mine up from the stores at work :groupjump: :groupjump: Now what tyres to go for? keep my standard wheels with brigstones for wet weather and get track tyres on my Seedlinealikes... But then i want to have them on all the time and not the standard wheel...

decided in the end to get the kumho KU31's as the tyres although i have gone a different size 205/50 R16 for the fronts as this is within 2.1% diameter of the originals so shouldn't mess up my ABS, i pretty certain i've read others having them on and not rubbing. PS Mines on standard suspension, they may rub if lowered.

Currently running Gaz Coilovers but doesnt seem to have altered my ride height too much. Might have to give the Kumho's a go, lot of people suggesting them. chinky chinky

B)

Now to get painting the centre caps (if wished)

My method:

-Wipe with meths or white spirit
-Dry off
-Place on peice of cardboard and spray with Halfords satin black
-Transfer to baking tray
-Place in oven (somewhere ~80-100 degrees) for around fifteen minutes
-Let cool
-Fit

Then buy some of these, and cut to size to suit thumbsup

:)

If you get the VW/Audi version of the bolt covers, they fit without any trimming as they are shorter (at least they do on my TD's) and they even come with 4 "special" covers suitable for the locking bolts. thumbsup
