I asked him today and he said it should be possible - I have no preferance personally - what does everyone else thinkI can askMandarinvx
Whats the chances of getting them to remove the size casting in the front face of the wheel I think it would look better without that!!!!! Thats just my thoughts.

I would prefer them without but its not a deal breaker and also dont mind if
you move to et20 on the fronts.

ET20 makes sense as a lot of people are choosing 205 fronts these days, so less chance of any rubbingEt20
also Adam ,how come we are going for 8J width rather than the 7.5J on the rear wheels ?
I believe the standard sizes are:
Speedline 2110
Size front = 16" 7J Offset 26
Size Rear = 17" 8J Offset 35
PCD 5/110
As shown here

Seems these will be quite a bit lighter than the standard wheels looking at Marks info
Speedlines:
Front 11kg
Rear 12kg
So the clever machining (on both front and rear) will pay off, dropping the weight to 10.5kg Rear and 8.1kg Front

Not too sure on the sizes - I think the TD1.2s were based on a 7" front due to Speedline sizes, and the thread above seems to confirmso just to confirm we are talking about
1. 7" front as opposed to stock VXR 6.5"?
2. 8" rear as opposed to stock VXR 7.5"?
3. Front offset of 20 V the 26 of the stock VXR wheels?
4. Satin Black is the same colour as the VXR wheels?
5. No sizes on the outside face?
Can these be collected as I pass Compomative in Wolves fairly regularly?
cheers

The sizes are proven to work fine

Yep, offset of ET20 to give good brake clearance and widen the track at the front slightly
The black is powder coated - not sure if the Speedlines are, or if they are painted (but they are also satin black), mine look like this:

Tho that is after being washed and polished

Well as you're the second person to mention it I will ask him to confirm that he can remove the size marking

Yep, collection will be fine (tho not in the VX unless you fancy two seperate trips!)

Cool,I would rather have them without the size casting. Is there a central casting? Did you think of posting a message on the german forum?
I'll get him to have a look at the die to make sure this can be done, but he has said it should be possible
The wheels have 'Compomotive' and 'Made in England' cast into the inner edge of the rim - this can be seen in the first and third photos on the first post of the thread, these will be the same colour as the wheels so not too obvious

I don't speak German - do you know anyone that could post a link for me
