Really glad it worked out for you, Y_or_B. He's proper old school and there's usually some vintage Jag or Aston or similar being worked on. He did a cracking job on my seats, door corners and dash and at a really good price. It was done 18 months ago and still no sign of wear, other than a little scraping/scratching on the leather bolster where my big ass slides in and the rivets on jeans scratch it but the leather seems to take the punishment okay. So glad I had the dash covered in alcantara as the reflections would have been a killer (well, maybe not a killer, but bloody distracting) this weekend. I'm now pysching myself up to cut some harness holes in the seats now as the fierce braking for the Bus Stop at the National showed me the limitations of the standard belts. If I don't pluck up the courage myself, I'll be taking them back to Tony to sort for me.

There's an offer on harnesses on Seloc at the moment - I bought a pair on Friday
From MSAR (the 'proper' Scroth ones) down from £147 + VAT to £100 + VAT each - only valid for a couple more days tho - so hurry up!
Nice spot Mandarin, thanks for that!

Had the two door 'corners' (the 'triangles' the door pins go through) re-covered in black leather by Tony Baldassarre in Bedford. He did an outstanding job - they look brilliant, and all for £35.
He was recommended to me by techieboy, although it turns out Baldassarre and my father know each other!
Contact details are: 103 Coventry Road Queens Park Bedford Bedfordshire MK40 4EJ. Tel: 01234 359277

Depends what you want done. If it's small - perhaps you could post it, and he will post it back if you pay the postage.
If seats - it's not that far from you; worth the journey
And on the back I found a little sticker with his details and a pretty small feather attached under it - worth it just for that
I kinda what the entire thing done in black so it may be worth the jorney depending how long it would take
