I am pretty sure they don't need to be greased, they are teflon lined iirc.
you have to grease them i mean the inside lol i did and use two different grease btw
ps who doing it neil
you might have to remove the exhaust for the drilling lol

tricky i will say specially if you have to drill straight had to remove the vse specially on one side no way to drill

You can also jack the exhaust slightly on its mounts to help. It is very tight, but I've always been able to manage it.

I drilled the holes whilst swapping my milltek for my piper backbox, plenty of room to drill when the exhaust is missing

it took 5 minutes to drill the holes, I couldn't be bothered fitting the toe links today
