Right then, I'm sure there are quite a few of us departing on the same train 14:20 depart.... Well check in closes on this at 13:50 I'm aiming to be there by 13:10 just so there's a little bit of a buffer in case things go wrong. There's going to be alot of traffic about, so I'm being generous on time. I suggest if people want to, we could meet at The Park Gate Inn, Ashford Rd, Hollingbourne, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1PG It's just off junction 8 of the M20 which is a road we will all be using to get to Folkstone. It's 40 mins away from the terminal at Folkstone so I'm aiming to leave there at 12:30 I'd say an hour for grub etc, so should aim to be at the bar for 11:30 An early dinner I know, but we're all going to have to set off a little earlier than normal as we're going to encounter the M25 at a rather busy time. I'm hitting the road @ 7:30 which is bad enough, god knows what time Ali is setting off Imnotworthy  Let me know who fancies it, just so we can keep an eye out for each other.... Once we get an idea of the exact numbers of our travelling convoy, we should pm our mobile numbers around.... I'm really looking forward to this now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :groupjump: I recommend TomTom's too folks!! It's easy to get split up!!

Sounds like a good plan, 11.30 at the Park Gate Inn thumbsup

I'm staying at a friends down south on the Thursday, otherwise I would have had to leave the house about 5am

I emailed LoT this morning and I couldn't sell it to you if I wanted to, it has to go to someone on the reserve list. I can still get a full refund if I let them know by this weekend.

edit: Even if I got the car back on Thursday of next week it probably wouldn't be the best idea to track it that weekend as I'll not have had time to get used to the new set up yet. Maybe i'd be best to just sell my place, if by some freak chance i do get my car back i can still come watch you guys. I really don't know what to do...?

The hold up; The car has only just gone to the body shop yesterday. The clams are painted already so they need to strip the car down, fit my rad, prep the sills and repair the damage to the drivers door, which aparently is worse than originally thought. Then paint the rest of it.
I'm to call again at the end of the week but they doubt very much it'll be done by next Thursday, which is the last possible day I could pick it up and still make it to LFG.

:( :(

Hi Jimmy I'll meet up with you for an early lunch. Ali, I hope it does all come together, a new set up wont really need any learning, you'll just find it easier to drive and will do any learning on the way there. Martin s

That sucks!!!!!!!

If you get the car back, I wouldn't be at all worried about the new set up!! It's just if you can get the car finished I suppose... :(

After further discussions today, i'm sure it's not going to be ready so i've cancelled my place on track :(

I'd still love to go watch you guys and have the weekend away, so if I can find a way to get there i will be.

I am taking eurotunnel after work on Friday, so I'll be on the 7:20pm outbound eurotunnel. I'll get to the hotel about 11pm I think....I hope there will be some of you around to have a beer with when I arrive!

Grab some soft ear plugs from work mate, and park right at the back of the car park. You'll need a blanket/sleeping bag too, as it'll get cold. You'll be fine. I've kipped in the VX before now.

Ca see it now, I'll pull in, and you'll be there in a fogged up VX, lol. No passenger then Joe??
