Thanks! This year is very special as I've spent a lot of money on tuning the car. Improving performance and looks. In the last two months: - chris tullet 3"-exhaust (ceramic coated and polished) short version repackable silencer, plain tips, additional lambda fitting - oilcooler ant thermostat - Klasen inlet manifold (polished) - Astra VXR turbocharger (egt included), AMM and injectors - complete leather interior (dashboard incl. 3 gauges) - Quaife lsd and lightened flywheel (dynamically balanced) and other little bits and bobs

Do you think slot inlet manifold is a good translation?

I have never liked the VX in green and silver, but I have to say, what you have done is just stunning. The green and gold really works. Nice one thumbsup

Sadly, there's one point to say which is quite annoying. The O2 sensor behind the catalytic converter does not fit when the rear silencer is adjusted correctly. So I will have to relocate the O2-fitting downwards next to the flange.

Seems to me that the cat was welded with a wrong angle, or did someone else already have this sort of problem?

Hello Daniel, I've just sent Andy an email, I think they probably have forgotten the "right" O2-sensor boss as the cat already had one inserted. I will let you know what Andy said, I can only think of a mistake, sadly at my downpipe already ceramic coated...

No I haven't done any recordings yet. The Larini sound was awesome, real racing sound. The Tullett has more volume and sounds different, but it's not louder. It just sounds deeper. You can drive quietly at lower revs, but at WOT it also gets a nice not too loud sound. I also like it very much, but it hasn't got that racy sound like the Larini had.

Thanks! The work was done by http://www.hot-motors.de/

They have specialized on the VX220 / Speedster regarding interior trims. So you can have all leather variants for seats, door panels, dashboard or even the steering wheel. It's not cheap pricewise, but I think the result stands for itself... :)
