You'll need a spanner for the front driver side ones
The nearside front pax one is the worst, many use a cut down allen key, but I bought one of these sets - really handy, and they've come down in price a fair bit too

There is indeed a guide in the useful threads (from 2006) albeit within Christurbo's "how to" on fitting a harness bar, as obviously you have to remove the seats to do this!Does anyone have tips or specific tools required to remove the seats. I would of imagined it would have been in the useful threads the amount of grief mine have given me!

These fit under the bolt, above the runner, not below.I had these 2 little black bits with holes in just fall away from the back of the drivers seat. I assumed they were to heighten the seat so I put them between the floor and the seat. Seat now seems to high as rubbing on the headrest things. I take it I haven't put them in the right place?? Any suggestions??
