Yes - as I said above, I picked up my rear tyres from City Link and somehow manged to jam tem in the passenger side. had to lay them on top of each other. 2nd gear was not an option and door would barely close! I toyd with the idea of gear changing arm through the centre of one tyre but this could have got real messy. Think my second best was a boxed 14" TV. Any others?????? :)

24" wide screen TFT screen for my computer; the box was huge! made changing gear a bit awkward! ....piper exhaust was probably the next best.

Do fat birds count? not a vx but saw a bloke putting a large palm from B&Q into his mx5 looked funny as just shame i didnt have my camera.

Forgot to add my mates fishing rod. A car rod so only in 2 sections. It was sticking out of the passenger window and nearly clipping trees!!!

What!? and, What?!? Do you have pics of these as I would love to see them :lol: Huge appreciation for the double mattress!

I avoid transporting things like the plague, I even have two seat covers behind the passenger seat incase someone is dirty :gayfight: :P

Sadly no pics. The table was at night time (oh, and it was raining too, can't beat a 50 mile drive home in the rain with the roof off :D).

The mattress was over a lunch break as it needed to go to the local tip. Fortunately the wing supports are (as you'd hope) nice and sturdy so suitable for tying stuff on to (and the wing itself was useful to rest the back end of the mattress on). Did have some lift issues over 30mph though.

My sister and a new Dyson hoover in a bloomin big box (the hoover, not my sister) She was freaked out because she couldn't see anything so I kept accelerating at random moments just to keep her heart rate up :rolleyes:

Projector screen and A1 boards (on separate occasions) both involving having the passenger door window open!! Lets down the sporty image somewhat!!

Has anyone mentioned the Christmas tree or the dummy yet (photos on here somewhere)? Me: 2 x VX seats, 2 x door pads (corners), 2 x door fascias complete with door cards, handbag :lol: - with the roof on; and first gear blocked by the seats - from Birmingham to Bristol: made for interesting driving :wacko: Oh, and a 46 cms H x 122 cms W x 30 cms D wooden bench!
