Drove 100 miles with two front tyres on the passenger seat. Drove to the local skip with a single mattress on the front seat (folded in half and the roof off) Regular trips to the sorting office with boxes of tennis balls piled up with the roof off.

I stick my army kit in it all the time. It's not too bad as generally you only take what you can carry, the problem is you have to break things down and re-assemble them all the time. I'm always the last to leave! Normally I'm forced to drive quite slowly as I can't get 1st/2nd in properly.

Subject doesn't say *in* my VX, it says *with* my VX. I considered it additional roll-over protection.

Really? You have a large lunch box? :D :gayfight:

I guess for me its when me and the b/f go away for the weekend to my folks.
Who ever is the passenger has to have our dog (medium sized) on their lap plus excess baggage in the footwell, stuff stuffed behind the seats; coming out our ears.....

i remember yellow or black? saying about the full interior- still cant imagine that one. i got 8 rugby pads in mine- had to hold onto two of them as they were above the roof, so i could do more than 20mph! 6 boxes of wine- god i drove carefully.

The guy who sold them to me rolled his eyes when I arrived and told me I'd never do it, but I was determined (apart from the fact I had no other option)! Plus it was raining so I had to get the soft-top across too

Anyone else remember the dummy that someone bought - they posted photos of it in the VX, and IIRC the g/f had to ride home with it :groupjump: Ooh I seem to remember it was to display their Star Wars suit...Must try and find - ringing bells with anyone else?
