That sounds a bit mafia, "Jimmy is coming over tonight, I need to put the plastic sheeting on the carpets, and then you can come collect him at 9."

Mmmm wipe clean flooring, what are yo planning to do in there?

You're always gonna have problems lifting a body in one piece. Apparently the best thing to do is cut up a corpse into six pieces and pile it all together. And when you got your six pieces, you gotta get rid of them, because it's no good leaving it in the deep freeze for your mum to discover, now is it? Then I hear the best thing to do is feed them to pigs. You got to starve the pigs for a few days, then the sight of a chopped-up body will look like curry to a pisshead. You gotta shave the heads of your victims, and pull the teeth out for the sake of the piggies' digestion. You could do this afterwards, of course, but you don't want to go sievin' through pig sh**, now do you? They will go through bone like butter. You need at least sixteen pigs to finish the job in one sitting, so be wary of any man who keeps a pig farm. They will go through a body that weighs 200 pounds in about eight minutes. That means that a single pig can consume two pounds of uncooked flesh every minute. Hence the expression, "as greedy as a pig".

Great, what are people going to think of my project now? Corpse disposal instructions, guys that run around at all hours of the night in vans, bloody massive power cutting tools, etc. I suppose it is titled one man and two tubs. :D

Vocky, If you want to do a hat trick of sorts, you could remove my old windscreen surround intact so that I can get a heated windscreen. ;) That's the only reason that the old screen is still lying around. I probably should just chuck it and go for a normal screen. That many rocks around this year anyway it wouldn't last long.

OK, now that Vocky has moved Heaven and Earth to get the crashbox ready we need a major update to the list:

Suspension work:

Tighten front ARB o/s lower bolt
Rear toe links
Drop links and TREs
Caster shims

Crash box phase 1:

Rivet in footwell bracket
Battery
Glue crashbox on
Wire mesh on air inlets
Foam blocks for radiator

Crash box phase 2:

Install fan on radiator
Install radiator and surround
Fill coolant and bleed heater
Route wiring
ABS cutoff?
Tow bracket?

Dash and interior:

Hammerite roll bar
Remove sound deadening panels
Clean dash and floor

Underneath:

Scrub floor
Footrest
Oil change

Engine bay:

Refill gear oil
Gearbox breather
Expansion tank
Fuel filter
Spacer plate for rear clam

Sills:

Dremel repaired sill
Tighten roll bar stays
Glue on sills
Foam blocks
Vinyl and/or stone protector?
Paint side grills
Windscreen

And then hopefully it will be a matter of sorting out the bodywork and final bits.

The things that I need to research/decide on soon are; How much oil to put in the gearbox How many caster shims to run Suspension - now leaning towards GAZ Golds on 400/500 Tires - still thinking KU31s with 195 fronts Normal or heated windscreen

How many camber shims to run

How can you decide that in advance? Surely the suspension needs to be fully built first, so you even know what the base camber is to adjust/even up from there? I think I've still got a load of serviceable front shims here, if you need them.

:D In that case, as many as you can get in (which is the hard bit). Can't remember which way I did it but ended up going with three one side of the bush and one the other.
