Impressive spec

Take all the stickers off, they spoil it.

Far more impressive when a seemingly standard looking car takes off like they have never seen.

I used to own this little beauty

Posted Image

Had 347bhp at the rear wheels and weighed 825kgs

Looked totally standard from the outside, apart from the wheels, gave a few supercars/motorbikes a surprise...

I never drove it in the wet, it did have variable boost control so could tone it down if needed. It didnt handle at all, was built as a straight line sprint car for the likes of Santa Pod.

Had Nitrous too, about another 50bhp, but never bothered filling the tank up, scary enough as it was, it hit 100mph in about 8 secs.

Wish I never sold it :(

Skylines (and for that matter any hyper tuned Jap cars) leave me totally cold, for some reason. I've no idea why that's the case and think most of it's down to some of the stupid styling of the bodykits some of them sport (and even worse when seen on Fiestas/Saxos/etc). Are those canards on the front bumper legal? They kind of look like a disaster in the making in the event of a car and pedestrian interface of some form.

Yeah me too, looks like it crashed into Halfords.

Wonderful if it looked like a standard car but Halfords puked all over it so at the moment it's awful. Nice spec though.

that's pretty cool. Looks completely normal (apart from the wheels) but under the cover it has huge, hairy balls.

I agree to an extent. Body kits on a Hyper Jap Mobile look w4nk unless they are motorsport inspired. All the "kit" on My mates skyline is there for a reason not styling.
As far as the canards being legal I wouldnt have a clue. Can't see them being illegal but I can see that they could be dangerous but you can say that for pretty much anyhting.

Fair enough. lol.
Is that coz of the Stickers or the Aero kit?

Tfp = did you buid that one? Seen you at Santa pod in the past, sure you know Scoff 'Chris Backshell' who has been running his various specs of R5 over the years. We build the 1st and sure still the 1st VAG (1.8 20v turbo) as far as I am aware. Miss that car, but no tration at pod been fwd lol DG
