On searching getting conflicting results. Were batteries different in NA and tubby?
Just thought I've got 06 Turbo, warranty runs out 28th July, is battery covered? Should have 3 year warranty shouldn't it?

It may be covered - you'd have to ask, don't get one from Vaux tho, it will be horrendously expensive! Should be a 063

thanks mandarin, it is covered, so I've booked it in.
I'd been looking at 065's, didn't even bother asking vauxhall what they'd charge as I knew it'd be twice everywhere else! Glad I don't have to change it myself and skin my knuckles, just hope it'll start tomorrow morning.....!

Thank goodness for the search function...
Was just looking to find the Ah rating for the battery in my VX to give me an idea on how long the CTEK charger I have just bought should take to charge, managed 4.5hrs so far, so hopefully another 10 should easily see to full charge again.
By the way a big thanks goes out to those who recommended the CTEK Chargers, had a bit of a job on trying to find one locally, but managed to get one from SYBS (South Yorkshire Battery Specialists) in Leeds for £40 + VAT and the comfort charger. Now it's just a matter of getting the battery charged up to get it to my companies workshop to find the cause of the lack of charging and find where I am losing oil from.
