Best bet is to get the centre of the seats trimmed in alcantra. This is very grippy and prevents as much movement in the seat. Ideally combine this with harnesses for any track work you might do.

Get a mog seat, that will stop you sliding around. Had a sit in Alex's at the national, surprisingly comfortable without any pads.

I thought the Probax seats were less comfortable than the regular VX seats

All the female VX owners I've met are sticks, yet I've never heard one of them wibble on about how uncomfortable the seats might be.
