Not much to update but just been buying stuff ready for a service, another 6 liters of Millers oil also a new oil filter and oil seals. Im still not sure which spark plugs to get as ive been doings some research and people have been saying the Denso ITV16 20 24 for the power im running now. Ive had my NGK Laser platinum in for alot of time the car has been SC, so is it best to stick with them since ive been running fine or should i upgraded.

New spark plugs fitted Denso iridium ITV20. I also bought a track day video camera a Contour GPS. Its 1080p so it will recored in hd and also had built in gps so will record my speed, laptimes, g force. Just need to buy a suction mount for it as it only comes with helmet mounta so its perfect for when im on my motorbike.

Might want to get a harness bar mount of some form, as most trackday organisers/circuits don't allow suction mounts.

Spot on. I have a couple like those and they're perfect. Just leave the base mounted all of the time and attach the camera and balljoint section whenever you need to mount the camera.

Forgot to update this. I had my first track day the other weekend at Anglesey and I must admit it was awesome fun and very addictive. Before I set off to the national i had a few jobs to do on my car. First thing was to drive to Chris' house to fit my ABS delete and pick up some wing mirror covers  (Cheers for your help again mate). Next was to fit my TAT long diffuser, Vinyl windscreen surround, fit the mirror covers and then a good clean up session over the whole car.

All clean now and everything fitted.

The car didn't miss a beat all day. The power was constant all day, the handling was second to none and the brakes were perfect. The vx is set-up perfect in my eyes and cant fault anything other the amount of fuel i used, Christ a stage 3 can drink when its wants to.

Right its been a while since ive spent any money on the vx. The reason is because ive been saving to buy these bad boys :D

Went for the Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 tyres as it was a in between track/ road. What sort of tyre pressure should i be putting in the wheels and where abouts do i cable tie the hand brake cable to stop the wheels rubbing on it.

Also bought a new tensioner pulley as my belt is squeaking on tick over and im sure its due to this. Hopefully a new one will sort the noise out. Is this just as simple as taking the wheel liner out then unbolting old tensioner, then bolting new one in and then putting the belt over the top.
My aerial base was starting to crack due to it begin a rubber type material, so instead of getting another standard aerial i went for the shark fin one instead.
