I thought s2 was the same chassis as the vx? hence the new elise came out after Vauxhall paid for the chassis development

They obviously ripped Vauxhall off and gave them the old one and kept all the r&d for themselves!!
The vx chassis is different in a few compared to the s2 as the bit where the sills bond on are different and the interior is as well.

So Haggie, is your car ready for driving yet? When/where are we gonna see it?

Stoneleigh kit car show is coming up soon (1st and 2nd May), I was thinking of going up to that.

It is all road legal and had a fresh Geo put on it so it's technically ready to be used now. The only thing is now is that it's getting the bodywork done as I dropped it off to a bodywork specialist garage 😀 So it will be there for sometime, so I can't say how long will take to be done tbh but then again I've seen him do jobs that would take hours normally in less then 3 minutes and the result still to be amazing 😉

Looks really good quality from what I can see so far and can't wait to get it fitted before Zandvoort. This will mean I can test at Zandvoort and get some data up to see how effective it is.

Looking good Luke, what colour are you going for or is that a secret?  I hope it is Chrome orange or Isotope green!

Thanks 😀 It's a subtle colour, not to in your face and not boring. I did want the McLaren orange but my girlfriend picked this colour in the end which I think is a good choice. I'm itching to post the progress done so far 😂

Thanks for sorting out the kits 👍 As soon as I get the car back it's going straight on, and il see if I can break the 400hp barrier, then will look at smaller pulley for more power 😃
