Well I've never been there in my life but this certainly looks like a fast-food restaurant of some kind...

It certainly does. I might stop there on the way, depending on which way I am coming from and how I am doing for time :)

Can put strain on the exhaust manifold, gearbox mounts, etc. I think, although someone more experienced will probably give you a more accurate answer. To be honest I'd come along and just avoid doing hard starts and sudden throttle inputs. Is it only making noise when doing fast starts, or all the time when at full acceleration in first/second?

Well not sure yet, NA or Turbo’s are both possibilities

I was indeed that Integra owner who had a chat with you.

I hope the suspension worked well?

You can have a passenger 'spin' in mine if you like, if the weather keeps up like this that might be all it's good for ;). My first time though so I doubt I'll be that quick, but I may manage flamboyance. I can see the headlines now, 'Integra sets fastest time at North Weald whilst VXs are left pirouetting in flood conditions' ;)
