Now calm down, it won't come to that.

Mine fits fine and there was no need to make any mods other than remove the rad supports.

With regard to dual pass, do the cores in this picture literally all need turning round? Or which way is it they should go?

Two small holes to the outside where your cold water will feed out of the charge cooler into the Y-piece then into the two outer pies. The two larger holes in the middle where the warm water will escape back into the cooling system.

i think you should have the big holes where the water is coming out as you want to get rid of the hot water ASAP

thats how the americans do it anyway

Really depends how you run your water feed, but the small holes are the inlets and the big are the water outlets. Standard you see that the water goes in at the bottom and out from the top. (Good to get rid of air bubbles!!)

Best for a dual pass is to have the inlet in the (new) middle connection and to flow out from the bottom and the top. (Top out is again best to get rid of any air!!)
So you only have to swap the 2 left cores to make this -> O**O
(Carefull with the core removal! And replace them in the proper slot-orientation with some lubricant on the o-rings. (silicone grease or just use some soap)

Wait I'm confused now, to me personally it sounds better to have one inlet and two outlets for the purposes of maximising flow, and also so that the top one can relieve the air locked in the system quicker, but some are saying it's the other way round? :o

Just took me nearly 15 minutes to get a piece of silicone hose on the end of the throttle body... That was incredibly tight :P
