Just read the write up on the VXR in EVO, very very good article, they like the car. In the Tracday car of the year article, it was unable to post a good time due to noise resrictions, anyone know if that was with the VXR exhaust new car is coming new car is coming!!!!!!! :D

My friend ben has just ordered it. The last car, number 60. Apparantly he gets confirmation monday morning, but he had it on hold from wednesday. He getting stickers (his dealer says they dont do sticker though!!!), and suspension, and carbon dash with radio bits. He also going to get aftermarket the full miltech and gulwing hardtop. Anyone seen Evo review, it looks like a sprint to me, but they listed it as a VXR, it was 0.3 of a sec slower than an exige roung bedford aerodrome, and it had to back off because it was exceeding noise limit. Looking good for it beating the exige in my mind!!! That would be one in the eye for lotus, and would no doubt spawn a faster Exige. All good in my eyes :P

Its being organised by the guy who runs this site Thorney. Apparantly its just about finished. He had one at the national meet on his car and it looks great. If you go home page you will see the normal one, (aftermarket but better than stock vauxhall). And there will be a gullwing out soon by same people i think and a good price too. Best bet is to do a search and see if there any news. It defo be available soon though from what i remember reading. Good luck

good one annie.....it may be worth keeping track on date insured and date delivered ....to see if things speed up..

if I get mine on tuesday then...its going to be 21 days between insurance/registration(Event 48) and delivery (Event 60)....mind you mine could have taken longer due to trim etc.

Mani

Hi Neverhood, Yep! in Worcestershire - Steve said he'd got another couple of people with VXRs. I'm hoping to have mine in the next couple or three weeks - it'll be great to have it as I've been chasing since I saw the Sprint in the motoring press in August last year. Now all I've got to do is clear the garage! Annie
