Alright everyone im ben! a mate of lewis t. i just ordered the last vxr according to dealership in bradford no. 60!

. i have ordered it with the ohlins, and want the full sticker set and hole for stereo is available?? havnt got any paper work or anything through yet. they gave me provisional delivery date of mid/end sept.

I am still debating the exhaust, the insurance company will decide that one for me.

I haven't checked out the insurance yet. Do insurance companies hike up the premium just because a sports exhaust has been added?

Spoke to Malcolm of Alphabet today, he says if we can get 4-5 cars who want the stickers, and can all be done toghether, he will go to Hethel and do em, so come on lads im one... insurance phone direct line...

From what I have been reading on this site they do crank up the insurance to cover the exhaust. So Sept looks promising for delivery, I think I will wait and see more like October me thinks! Norwich Union Direct for me at the moment but have to say that many companies as yet do not have the VXR listed, so for me it's wait and see. No stickers for me chaps, OK for the track but not for the road, I feel it would attract too many boy racers plus old bill.

Gotta say that the pictures don't do it justice (not that you're a crap photographer Mani

). I would even say that it looks better than the red VXR. It also feels VERY well put together - even the doors feel more solid...and those seats are gorgeous - VERY NICE Imnotworthy

AND...I got first passenger ride

With those other pics I do recognise the location. Looking at some superior motors as well eh guys. More to the point, you are 50 yds from my gaff and you do not even call in to say hi. Tsk. (nice looking motor mate)

Looks great Mani although a quick glance and you'd think it was a normal lightning :blink:

, cant wait to see it in the flesh, cant really see the wheels properly in the photos so like Foxy says the photos probably dont do it justice. Must admit the seats look much nicer in just black rather than the red/black ones in the original VXR. Look forward to seeing you this weekend. John.
