dear all....thanks for comments....the photos actually dont do it justice (Foxy...blame it on the camera :P ) will be taking it out again tonight....... for local vxers....Blanchie, Foxy and foxy jr - see you at 7.30 Bowling Green , Litchfield for a quick spin... Partridge...yes the location would be familiar to you ( as its 50 yards away from your doorstep)...would have pooped in ...if we had known you number...next time .mate chinky chinky review so far.....the car is actually well put together...and the door does close with a differnt "thud". Interior...thanks to Stu Harris...lotus did a sterling job and the materials are lovely..... handling....I was driving in the peak district last night on wet roads......grip is brilliant for semi slicks...what amazes is the way the car goes round corners and the power delivery....as I said before, the standard suspension is just bang on for B roads, its firm with no harshness....the Yokos absorb bumps that my VX2.2 would thump over... overall...one very happy customer. :D cant wait for the Luxemburg meet....... :groupjump: no its time for another long drive in the country... rallly see ya' then Mani ps for all those wiating for their babies .....let me tell you ...you wont be dissapointed! for me event 48 to event 60 took 4 weeks...lets hope that time comes down...by the way whos next??

Mine's at Lotus now and I have been told it will be end July or first week of August, but I'm not holding my breath, as that's what I was told when I expected it at the end of June or beginning of July! Joss's must be about the same or nearer as at one point she had leap-frogged me - something about my black paint taking longer to dry!! I'm sure you're right though Mani and that it will be worth the wait. Annie

That car is really great and well put togather. chinky chinky to Mani who gave us a pax ride last night. That yellow really looks good on it, even with a poof Hardtop on :P I still can't believe how well that car is put togather, Lotus have really learnt a lot since the first Na's. Only problem i can see with Mani's VXR after last night is.....I WANT ONE NOW!!!!!!!!!!! B) The suspension setup really has been well thought out, stiff for the corners but rides the bumps much better than my NA, and understeer whats that OMG that thing sticks. Blanchie

Amazing - I've orderd my VXR from Drive Vauxhall Leamington and was on the blower to them this pm about it (trying to find out which number I'm getting) and they didn't tell me they'd got one in! Strange. I wonder if I should be worried? :blink:
