Yeah just getting a bit over zealous now I think. I will be in Cornwall that week, hoping to get train back up on Thursday or Friday to pick it up and drive it back down. So timing is gonna be a bit tricky.
Also - and I know you can't comment definitively, but what do you reckon my chances of getting it AF'd at BH&S as I don't really have a suitable space to have it done at home. The AF guy said he would IF BH&S let him have a space to put it on?

Depends if he needs space inside or can cope with just a covered over area,shouldn't be a problem.But as you say,nothing to do with me now...

Cheeky. I popped into crownhill, mid afternoon, car not there yet but they are expecting it, and drove past at closing time, didn't look like it had arrived then either so heres hoping friday. Definetly get it PDI'd, even Boxy who collected from Lotus was asked to bring it back to the dealership so we could do a PDI, if nothing else, we send off the paperwork that registers your AA cover. And the good news,it looks like there is a VXR220 in Coral Blue with Blue Alcantara up for grabs as the chap who ordered it as a one off, has changed his mind. Wayne

The Blackpool ones are for a customer and for the dealer principal himself. He had initially said I could have it and then decided he was keeping it, which is why I went to Baylis. Not that I have got a car yet anyway.....

Doesnt look like i am going to get it this weekend it hasnt arrived yet... but mainly finance isnt in account and they want to charge us 2% for using a credit card, so will come to about £130 Apparently "its not negotiable" bastards - thats on top of paying list price, and the sh*t service with no one ringing us back all week. Job's good,some strangeways these BMW folk after over 11 with years the Vauxhall product & Yup that's the one(Cotswold).

hehe no probs m8 will drop by on the day I pick it up if I can as I will be going straight past. Hopefully the Thursday or Friday. Hope Andy sorts out getting the car for the 22nd or Stuart or whoever and getting it PDI'd and I can get it AF'd, all while I am away then swoop in, pick it up and leg it - sounds like a plan.... so it's bound to fail somewhere.
