I was having a look on the Bell & Colville site and I noticed the retrimming service which might be an option

B&C send all the stuff off to the Lotus factory 'retrimming service' but be prepared to wait, some guys on SELOC have been waiting MONTHS for seats etc :tumble:

I'd find a local uphosterer (preferably someone who does classic cars etc rather than sofas...) and talk to them about the options - I'd also reinforce the back of the panel a bit while it's off to stop it cracking even once it has been covered ;)
