Thanks Joe, a good find for anyone with a 3" MAF pipe, however my current small one is 3.5" and the new one I built is 4".

Tim, I did actually take some videos and am uploading them now, but they are huge and will take forever. I am not sure about posting the graphs up, as I just get slagged off and criticised. Also every dyno is different and can't be considered an accurate representation of torque/power, though the plot at 1.4 Bar of boost was similar to the CS rollers (also done at 1.4 Bar of boost).

I genuinely missed what happened last time and can't fathom you geting slagged off for posting a graph you can't influence.
Sure everyone knows graphs are subjective and I'm more interested in the shape than anything else :)

Interesting Nev, looks less on/off than my stage 2  :D Any thoughts on the mysterious amount of boost, worth contacting Courtenay? Probably not as they will just want to physically see the car. After you've finished your latest plans you thought about who will be mapping it if you get an answer to the above

Boost levels, adjusted in cabin with a pneumatic valve, I'll try and make that more clear in the write up :)

602 BHP!!! Think I'd be too scared to drive Nipper even when strapped down on the dyno!!! Mine spins the wheels in 3rd @ 1/2 throttle in the dry with cold tyres, and that's 230bhp less than that!!! So you going to get a 1/4 mile time next year Nev? & you gotta take it to the SELOC TDi dyno day on Dec 8th now!!!

No point fannying around on road with 600bhp. Get the fcuking thing on a track and show what it can do. So far it's just numbers, great for pub chat but let's see what it can actually do? (Yes, I know Simon will be using his on track thumbsup )

Nev, Was the rolling road in Norway, Sweden or America as most high power engines gain at least 200 bhp when they travel across sea. As a rough but good guide/rule of thumb, injector size in cc's divided by five mutiplied by the number of injectors in use at three bar base fuel pressure give the maximium horsepower injectors will flow. Hi Steve, it was a local place near Castle Coombe. The dyno data is contradictory in places and I'm not concerned with the final BHP number. I expect there are places I could take it to and it would register 400 BHP. To be honest the test was much more about checking the fueling and smoothness of delivery - which thankfully have been vindicated as being wrong and good (in that order)!

As for the wooly jumper, I have been banned from wearing it in the house by the g/f so it's now been demoted to a 'garage jumper' ;)
