The voting is based on marks allocated out of 100 for the following:
Ø Quality of the food 50% Ø Service 20% Ø Ambience 10% Ø Local produce 10% Ø Provenance/Sustainability 10%
The awards will be presented at The Ashford International Hotel on Thursday 28th January 2010, commencing with a Champagne reception at 7.00pm, then dinner, followed by the ceremony and dancing until two oclock The winners will be also announced on the website and to national food journalists, restaurant guide editors, trade press and local media.
