whats the money joke? let me inPosted Image

I have bet Jimmy 50p that I would be quicker round Silverstone this time now I am Supercharged as we have both done a 2:18 round there last year.

He has insisted he gets paid with 22x2p, 1x1p and 1x5p if he wins but I bet that when Jimmy had the VXR, not when he has the SC beastie.

I have a feeling my money is not safe now.

there was me hoping that there would still be 35 off places left , so I could blag a special offer from Paul, but in just a few days the available places has dropped from 30+ to now just 17 This might mean not going to Europe, the ring trip and alpine / tuscany / monaco the week after depending on plans and budget.

Should I stay or should I go now? Or should I spend the £600.00 + this track day will cost on upgrades? Either way there will be trouble. Will my bog standard 2.2N/A on Potenzas be quick enough not to get in the way? Big thanks to Jimmy for organising the national. thumbsup My first track day on 4 wheels very enjoyable. I think the best bit was the pax laps with Martin S. thank you, Imnotworthy I am now addicted. Worst bit When some woman spun a Black turbo right in from of me :o in the first session after dinner. Claymoor, speed does not equal enjoyment. The enjoyment comes from getting the most out of what you've got. As for getting in the way I wouldn't worry too much Silverstone is big and wide, just keep your eyes open. Come along it should be a good one thumbsup

Not sure its a good idea to set up time challenges on a forum, especially after our Book a track chat at Anglesey, even if it is just joking. Martin s Being a sensible adult for once!
