Claymoor, speed does not equal enjoyment. The enjoyment comes from getting the most out of what you've got.

As for getting in the way I wouldn't worry too much Silverstone is big and wide, just keep your eyes open. Come along it should be a good one thumbsup

If it’s not about speed why are so many people fitting superchargers :D Imnotworthy
I was just concerned that I would become the mobile chicane and do not wish to spoil any one else’s fun.
I will see how I get on at kemes tomorrow and then see if I can maybe negotiate a pass out for Silverstone.

I once had a PAX ride with a forum member in his standard NA at Rockingham. I was absolutely stunned how well he kept up with everyone. If you do decide to go and you've upgraded your brake fluid / pads and had a decent geo done, then you will have a blast. The only other thing., is to ensure that your tyre pressures don't get too high on track, that's all!

Darrenwall, you blitzed passed me at The National and I was Supercharged then as well. Claymoor, I gave a lot of faster cars a run for their money at Silverstone in my NA pre SC conversion. In fact I don't seem to be any quicker post SC conversion for some reason. I have in fact been heard heard to say I miss my NA'd car.

funny that, when me and duncanf did the 6hr thing at mallory the actuator adjustment bar snapped on my car an hour into the event but the lap times we were posting didnt change at all although the car was noticably down own power,it may sound a bit of a daft thing to say but the car was a lot more fun when running with no turbo and a lot easier to drive

oh i'll be in the bar at 7pm,nice 1664 if i remember well.......although i,ll have to limit myself to a gallon

Does anyone who's going to Silverstone have the full Cornering Force suspension setup with R888's and Nitrons? I'd like to grab a PAX ride if possible. I'll have my PBox, so it'll be interesting to see what the differences if any through the corners as I'm intrigued and possibly interested in the upgrade. Cheers

Don't think the good lady will accept me staying at the Great Western the night before :angry2: Doesn't help that I only live 20minutes from the circuit  May try to pop over for a quick team VX beer before the main event. If not see you all there chinky chinky Should be a cracking day thumbsup
