I think they all meet for lunch, look at cars and congratulate eachother on being fantastic.

Thanks for the invite. I am concentrating on getting a pass out for the Beds meet but if I can't do that then I will try to make it to Rockingham. chinky chinky

running anti clock means lots of left corners and particularly here high G left handers so expect fuel surge/starvation to be a problem. keep topping the tank up if possible

Okay, this needs further exploration next week - how do you know Jools?


Jools owns Racelogic and I first came across him when I worked on Fast Car magazine at the time Jools and Dave Clark were developing the traction control stuff. I then worked for Performance Car and after that did a spell running the Max Power Live shows before I moved onto Autosport International. So I guess I have known Jools in a business sense for 20 odd years.

We have however never been out for windy walks or picked out curtains.

Interesting! I've not chosen curtains with him either, for the record, but have been out in the 360 a couple of times :-) Regarding Rockingham, I had a real problem with fuel starvation going into hairpin 1 on the International circuit. I had 9 litres in the car and every time I took the corner I would end up stalling on the next corner... very annoying. Luckily I never had the marshalls out to rescue me :-)
