Seb, is your helmet Snell 2005? If not you may want to check what Rockingham allow on track as bike helmets and the like are not permitted at some tracks thumbsup

Dunno know yet.

Been confirmed that this will still run as sessions with the MG's having two sessions an hour and the Loti/VX one session an hour.

I know, I realised that just after I posted my reply.

Truth is I had typed my response to Seb at 11:30 ish then got called into a meeting then posted after the meeting at 12:58 and only realised there had been a further page of posts since I started typing... Hey ho.

I was there 3 weeks ago, and there were a number of people using bike helmets. However, this year is (I believe) the last year a lot of the insurance companies will let the track owners get away with it.

As for the sessions, LoT often share the track days with MGOC - they have a long and glorious history together stemming from the K-Series engines that they shared in the MGF and S1 Elise. The MGOC lot aren't really all that bad - I tracked my MR2 with them a lot when I had one a few years ago.

Just being picky - I think this is MGCC rather than MGOC. I used to be a member of MGOC ages ago when I had my BGT. In those days the MGOC were the more "social" club, and the MGCC more track-oriented. Sounds like it might still be the same.

Why is there a Lotus Esprit in with the MGs?
