Exactly! We'll be there by mid/late afternoon on the train we've booked

if you take the motorway, with stops for fuel i reckon you should allow 5 hours. Rouen could be a problem as the traffic can get really bad there despite it being a sunday. If you do the scenic route which was discussed earlier then you will have to allow 8 hours imo. Don't forget to add the hour on too.
