No, they have been putting the blood types on race overalls instead of cars since 1986; It was figured that anybody could be driving the car whereas it is pretty much certain that the driver will be wearing his own race suit; c'mon Chris, get up to speed.

Have we not considered the graphic people on here??? Eliz or Pink Princess?

Hey, I.... I....I can't really take umbrage to that I guess.

Anyhow, I was making that last statement up before somebody either corrects me or uses it as fact in a pub quiz.

Ok, I've had a design proof from Hollographics for stickers.

The initail idea is that they'd be printed in either black or white (could be changed) onto clear vinyl depending on your preference for your car colour.

We could have smaller ones and/or bigger ones that would fit the door panels. If we confirm the visual then they'll work out some prices based on sizes i've given him. feedback on how big they should be would be appreciated

what you reckon? Did anyone have any other ideas of what they'd like?

Lovin' the design Ali, can it be done as a graphic rather than a sticker as I have very little spare window space? If not no worries.

Do you mean without the clear background? I think so, I asked about having it on cut Vinyl, this is what they said:

I have assumed at this stage that the decals will be printed in either black or white (depending on the colour of the vehicle) onto clear vinyl. The vinyl is cut to follow the outline of the graphic (shown as a pink line on the visual) so that the background material is as inconspicuous as possible. We could potentially supply the decals in cut vinyl, providing they aren’t too small, but this will be a lot more expensive because of the labour involved.

Is it worth doing one in the VX font Ali? I like the design, have you got a rough idea of the sizes? Well done for doing this, much appreciated thumbsup

Well when I originally asked the guy, I thought the smaller ones would be about 25cm in length as they'd fit nicely on the rear clam. I didn't think that people might want them to be much smaller to go in thier windows etc, so that's what we need to decide. He can't give us a price until we've decided on the sizes.

Re the VX font. I can ask them, but having tried to do stuff it in before I know that it looks duff when there's a lot of writing!

Right, personally, I'd prefer to drop the Team VX bit and move the "Le Mans Bugatti 2010" line up. Think the outline of the car speaks for itself but not overly bothered if everybody else wants to keep it, especially if it keeps things simple with just one design. If there has to be a background, then it definitely needs to be clear and I'd rather have the text/graphic in silver or white. Black just gets lost on my blue car (I'm from the GaryL school of thought :D ). As for size, am happy to have a couple of a suitable for each door and then a small one for the back window.

Im happy to go with the majority on design / size. Quite like the proposed one. Only problem i can see with stickers is that i will have to wash my car to make them stick!!

Your going to need to know the colour of all the cars, obviously a silver/white sticker wont really work on silver cars etc.

Mines silver by the way so black or dark blue for me. List time?

I agree with the dropping of the 'team VX' bit How about LE MANS 2010 Bugatti Circuit ??? And I was thinking of the VX220 silhouette being a bit more outline and a bit less car? What do you think? Size wise I'd be after something to go in my back window

cool beans, i'll ask the guy to have a fiddle with the design tomorrow then. Re sizes, we're going for small window ones, door sized ones and then a middley one for clams. 3 size options, available in black or silver and then people can choose what they want. bish bash bosh.
