Rather than just slag off one product, why not also name the superior products to use?

Cheers Westie...a few of those sound expensive. Isn't that dodo juice silly prices or is that just one of their products?
I'm going to get to work on the VX in my next days off

I use the G220 myself, extremely capable random orbital (dual action) polisher. For anyone doing their research prior to purchasing a mechanical polisher, you'll probably stumble upon articles saying how dangerous none random orbital polishers are because of 'paint burn' - bear in mind our VX's are fibre glass so they don't produce anywhere near the kind of heat that metal chassis vehicles do when being polished so it isn't as likely to suffer paint burn (however orbital sanders DO remove more paint in less time so are generally used by more experienced paint detailers)RobNA did a bit of swirl correction on our MK4 astra with a G220 and two megs cutters... VERY good results.
