however we can do them speeds unlike your cheap imitiation, my advice is ditch the crap heap and save up and buy a proper car

i wouldnt mind buying a proper car though... but a vx or an exige in my books isnt a proper car! gt3 rs... mmm that screams proper job (farmer accent) in my mind!

Since owning mine, I've never even seen another Vx220 on the road! (apart from at a meet)

Thought your chargecooler pipes kept poping off
Chargecooler was fine, it was the header tank for the coolant. The cap wouldn't stay on with the pressure and got worse as the morning went on. Had to spent the afternoon bleeding the system. Only had the car 2 weeks then, so was still finding the little faults.
Was hoping to come to the national this year and fly the flag for lotus, but I'm away on holiday

i do love the look of the cup 260jsut a shame it hasnt got the grunt but all can be sorted with modding
Me too I was going to get one but then thought about how much I had spent on this thing, don't think the wife would of liked 2 cars built by Lotus on the driveway. one is in bits there as I write:rolleyes:

it means you wont be the only one no more to have trade a decent vx stage 4 with speedline
time to move
and maybe part exchange the vx for a new exige on the business
Do it
