I've only managed to get 2 spotteds in nearly 3 years and I do 350+ miles a week including seemigly frequent trips from north to south! Perhaps it's because my car is dull in colour an blends in with everything else a bit too much? I could make it a bit noisier to try and get some more attention I guess? for the lesser spotted VX!

I see three VX's on a semi regular basis that I've never seen on here

There is a Red Turbo and a Blue NA around the same area (Knutsfordish)

And there is a highly modified Coral turbo (TD's,Long Diffuser, apparently running about 300+hp according to the mechanic.....) that goes into a garage in Knutsford all the time.

I never get spotted despite driving 140 miles up the m62 on monday mornings and back down again on friday evening Last weekend did spot (what I believe to be the old regal VX) a silver VX in blackpool 9the widened arches etc...., but I was in the 107 so it doesnt count.

That's as many as me and it's been eight years (although i do far less miles pw). Perhaps it's not the colour of your vx but the fact that it's a complete blur which is all folks see of you [/whoosh]

Perhaps we need a sub forum for the 'lesser spotted VX' The rarest of the rare

Edit add...forget the 'more noise = more attention' equation. My baby is pretty loud and it's not made me more spotable

That's a long haul, i am surprised you've never been spotted (fingers crossed you will be soon. Perhaps this thread will bring you some luck).

Wasn't regal's old vx a white one (highly disfigured modded as you say)
