Hi Jon.

I'd like to go ahead. Have a hole in my sill that I've been meaning to sort out.

If you can wait till tomorrow I'll know if I can give you an address in the UK to send instead of Switzerland. Just need to check if a mate can bring them over. I'll definitely take a set though, even if I have to ship to Switzerland, so please reserve a set for me of you can.

Thanks Jon, Sill covers arrived last Friday & fitted on the weekend. Much heavier gauge (stronger) than I was expecting, so these should keep the sills in good shape. Nice clean edges, lovely brushed finish on the face up sides, and great contour fit. Quality product, well worth £42.50 delivered. Cheers thumbsup (If I could work out how to add feedback to your profile I would )

Jon, I must apologise, I bought some of these from you several months ago and never got back to you about them. I am really pleased with them and they look much better than the standard painted surface that is the sill. Highly recommended thumbsup

Been asked this a few times, I would use either silicone or double sided sponge tape. Maybe some others that have fitted them can share what they used????

When I stuck them down, I used 2 strips per cover. Lengthways one at the top and the other at the bottom and took them from one end to the other.

You can't really tell from this picture but they do look really nice Posted Image

Double sided foam tape worked well for me......fairly easily removed if neccessary.

Yes, well chuffed with mine. Covered up a hole the previous owner had made, but I would get them even if that wasn't the case as they look good and are strong the existing sills are an accident waiting to happen. Used double sided carpet tape.
