Just follow the fuel lines back from the cylinder head and check they are secured sensibly, particularly at the join to the hard pipes. Takes 60 secs.

Check that the lines are securely fastened to the header tank.

Just had a look at the engine. lines are on the opposite side of the engine on the NA? looks OK. No smell of petrol at the moment, will keep an eye on it.

I hope others go and check their connections. How the hell it didn't ignite I'll never know. Needless to say tonight I'm downing a :drink: or two to thank my lucky stars. And no work tomorrow means i don't have to worry about a hangover. Just off to the fridge..........


Probably because its a vxt and the exhaust is on the other side of the engine.
