Is there anyway to adjust the mileage on the stack clocks? Im not expecting a reply in here as everyone would be clocking their vx's come sale time lol but if anyone knows the solution a pm would be great if you don't want to reply here. Nothing dodgey going on, have viewed a turbo and the guys clocks stopped working so he has fitted a new set on 4k off ebay and the cars on 26k, i have seen reciepts etc for proof, just wondering how would i get the mileage back to its correct 26k? Vauxhall jobbie or auto electrician? The car itself has a few problems, this being one, so im weighing up my options. Thanks

Never heard of anyone being able to do it, including Vauxhall. Certainly on the real Stack anyway.

That was my thoughts on the matter, would it be a stack only job?

Well the simplest way would be to apply power to the dash and then stick a frequency generator on the vehicle speed line to the dash and wang a square wave in till its to the right number. You could make it smarter and program an 8bit micro to output the right number of pulses to take you to the milage you want to save missing and having to go round the clock again.

Not sure Stack will touch anything on them anyway as they've been singularly unhelpful in the past. I think the fake Stack in the turbo is built by Shurlok and not sure if they are any more helpful.

It can be done. Muuuuch easier on a digital display too. Just Google 'digital mileage correction'*

* I'd like to just say that I have never done this on any of my VX's
