Took it out for a few test drives today, the ignition timing was way to retarded to start with but now its sorted it runs a treat and sounds alot better. It sounds like a higher revving TVR with a nice bit of over run pop if you push it
Piccy after its last run out for the week, need to get the boot and side pods made up now. Also sent off for a new V5 so will be interesting to see what the DVLA have to say

Jobs left to do are:
Change 2 alloy water pipe angles for better access to various places
Finish the boot/engine cover which is nearly ready for testing then paint if all is ok
Make 2 side intakes like the turbo ones but probably a bit smaller
Fix an ABS wire that got broke by me
Fit an automatic choke soon as its back in stock
Make a new tail pipe (Current idea is to make it the same shape as the clam hole)
Tweak the suspension & fuel/ignition timing
Then hopefully a rolling road run to get the best from it and get ruff overall weight of the car from the local weigh bridge
Fingers crossed i,ll have something to update with next weekend but as it may be awhile till the next update i,ll leave you with a short test vid i done yesterday while moving it into the garage.
Bare in mind its a cold engine with no choke atmo but it gives an idea of what it will sound like CLICK

Cheers,

PS...... do you have any engine measurements you care to share ? Just wonder if it'll fit an Exige subframe....
