Seeing this again; the TB wiring scheme in here is wrong!
(I mailed the author about this, but was never changed...)

Pin side Original: ..... ...... Switched:

D C B A ..... ...... ....... D G H A
H G F E ..... ...... ....... B C E F

The letters are written on the connector, but not everybody controls this...

Ciao

Non è possibile acquistare il kit è necessario acquistare la maggior parte delle parti singolarmente. Un sacco di gente compra dagli Stati Uniti.

Vi è un membro che vendeva i kit qui -

http://www.vx220.org...percharger-kit/

Ho un sovralimentato 2,2. La sua incredibile!

Scusate il mio italiano!

saluti

cristiano

http://www.courtenay...s/info_206.html

Allora non sono sicuro .....

Its a bit like when you go the bar in a foreign land, you've revised what you're going to say 10 times in your head in the foreign language. You're pretty sure its perfect so you go for it. Deliver what you think is the perfect order for two Gin and Tonics. And the bastard answers in English :beat: :P PS: oops i swore again :beat:

Matteo,

Buonasera!

I bought that ZZP kit as the basis of my SC install. Here's what you can use from it:
  • Supercharger
  • Inlet manifold
  • Throttle body
  • Throttle body bolts
  • Supercharger to manifold gasket
  • Charge cooler Bosch pump
  • K&N air filter
  • Engine breather filter
  • Bolt pack
  • Throttle body rewire adaptor
  • Inlet manifold to head gasket
  • Autolite iridium sparkplugs
  • 9mm dia vacuum pipe
  • Instructions sheet

Here's what you don't use:
  • Idler pulley
  • Charge cooler radiator
  • Intake bent joiner pipe
  • Intake MAF joiner tube
  • Injectors
  • Charge cooler pipe connector & alternator spacer pack
  • Radiator hose
  • MAF wiring extender
  • 1807mm belt
  • Oil dip stick
  • 19mm charge cooler pipe (there's not enough)
So, in addition to the kit you will need to get these bits (mostly from Courtenays):
  • Z20LET injectors
  • MAP sensor
  • belt
  • Idler pully bracket
  • Coolant S bend
  • injector plugs
  • Coolant hose joiner
  • 3x 41mm jubilee clips
  • Courtenay base map
  • Inlet support bracket
  • alternator extended bolts
  • EGR head cover plate
  • Charge cooler header tank
  • Charge cooler radiator
  • 10m of 19mm ID hose
  • 5x 19mm ID 90deg elbow silicone hose
  • 20x 18-32mm jubilee clips
  • 5x 19mm straight connector
  • 1x 19mm Y connector
And don't forget the import duty ;)

Hope that helps!

Ciao.
