New pulley ordered (from Smoothflow), no idea if it will fit my hub yet, time will tell eh..? Only a tenner delivery so if it doesn't fit I'll buy the correct hub. Cheers for the info guys
Embarking on a full fuel system overhaul here

Thankfully the smoothflow pulley fitted a treat and is significantly smaller than the one coming off (4.5mm smaller diameter). Well made bit of kit too!! Obviously not able to fit it until I get some dyno time, think I'll wait for a really cold day
Well we've moved house now so I'm finally able to start catching back up on some of the backlog of work that's been accumilating!! With the added benefit of actually having some work space now!!
First up, Alternator!
MartinS killed his alternator at the National and needed one to get home so he took mine. Kindly replaced with a new one which is so clean I think JG will be jealous
We thought these were in ready supply but after chatting to Kieran @ Autovaux the 100A part number (9193114) has been replaced by the 120A part number which is slightly larger and does not fit with an LSJ manifold. Bugger!! Nothing on eBay either..... Thankfully Kieran didn't give up and he went back to the manufacturors (Lucas) and bought the originall part. It was around £120 which is worth knowing as the supply of 100A units on eBay seems to be drying up.....
Anyhow, I have some other engine work to do so decided to strip the back end of the car to make life easy on myself.
Before fitting the new alterator the plastic cover from the end is to be removed and the 8mm studded connector has to be cut down as this will short out on the inlet manifold otherwise and probably melt a hole in it!
At this point a new variable was added to the mix..... Noah! MrsJamJerusalem had some errands so daddy was babysitting It's easy though.
Obviously I'm joking at this point, I wouldn't leave the boy balancing on a workbench for hours on end! He gets bored after about 20 mins so only came out to see me for a little while.
Actually ran out of time (and energy) a short time after so rang Joe for some advice and decided to call it a day. Joe was drinking Vodka (for a change) but was remarkably helpful. I'm guessing if I call this morning he will be somewhat less capable of helping me though
Just enjoying Waybuloo with the cheesy little baby then I'm off out for round 2!

Train him well.. You'll have the advantage of a pair of small hands around for a few years for those impossible to reach bolts and nuts!
Bye, Arno.

Hark, the boy is massive lol, defo going to be taller than me before he hits his teens!!!
Right..... The car.
Supercharger already off, fitted the alternator and made a start removing the pipework from the inlet manifold
Once the manifold was out I went about changing the knock sensor (23nm).
Changed the air intake sensor
Now the manifold was off decided to check the laminova's condition.
They were absolutely minging!!!!!
Not happy with that at all!!!! They're in the dish washer currently.
Decided to knock up a little bracket for the water pump as it has to be kept at around 45 degrees to enable it to prime. Not the best bit of fabrication ever but it's nice and solid now

Decided to have a look at the splitter extension I've been looking at. Shamlessly poached the idea from DarronWall who fitted an old school M3 spltter to his. Got a crappy one on eBay which needed painting.
Priming it
Then a rattle can black
Offered up to the car..... Not 100% convinced yet, will sleep on it and have a think in the morning......
