I have one of these pics. Although the child is borrowed and i dont have a cool booster seat so she can see the road. They should make those seats for adults!

both front liners are long since chopped and fitted
The swirl pot tank showed up from Integrated Engineering
Very impressed by the build quality of it, very nice
With pump ready to fit
All torqued up with pump fitted
Check valve temproarily fitted, looks daft
Pump mounted in position and wired in the pump and relay. Used 2.5mm cable which should be ample!!
Trim the ties back and start adding fittings and fixtures
Now is just a case of terminating the hoses to the correct length and plumbing it all in.

Then it will be a case of driving it again. Been over a year since I drove in anger now (last years Time Attack at Snetterton).
Noah's getting some driving in, but he's moved over to the BMW
Can't quite get his gear changes sorted though!

I used an angle grinder so it's a much cleaner cut! You'll struggle to cut stainless braid with a dremmel mate
thats what i do too. Just make sure you clean the pipe out.
Will call you this week at some stage, just been a bit manic.

Looking nice Jimmy I like the swirl pot
how do you get your hose so nice? I have been having problems when I cut the hose with a dremel cutter it tend to spread out and I can't get the connector on it
Oooh, tha said, after reading Nev's response below I understand what you mean now.... As I said use an angle grinder but before you cut be sure to use masking tape that way the splayage is also minimised. This is how Aeroquip recommend you do it. JG posted a video somewhere showing how it's done properly
The trick is to put a jubilee clip on both sides of of the pipe where you intend to cut, that way no wire splayage.
See above Nev, masking tape is the best method
************* edit, here's the vid
