Also I think (for me) distancing the fuel lines away from the engine will keep the fuel temps down a little. Only really a concern for me as without pulse width modulation on the 044 fuel pump I will be recirculating the fuel quite a bit which will raise the fuel temps.....

Anyway, back to the car.....
With the fuel system back together I finally got the rear clam back on, roll over cover and hardtop, then started the arduous task of re-assembling the spoiler pylons. Found I had movement in one of the pylons once it was fully assembled which was odd as it was rock solid before the strip down. So had to completely strip the whole back end down again, soul destroying

Excuse the random looking bolt pattern but there's a fair bit going on underneath the plate. It's absolutly rock solid now, much better this way.

Only problem was getting inside the section of the rear subframe to tension the nuts with the clam and exhaust in place. Took some lateral thinking and acts of contorsionism to get it done and I pray to god I've not got to take the clam back off for a while!!!!
Will bolt it all back up tomorrow hopefully, then she's having a good wash!!
