Car feels super planted, but there's new shocks on the car so hard to distinguish what is the shock and what is the wing....

The rears shocks have 650lb springs and the wheel is bottoming out in the wheel arch so I guess that's the wing forcing the subframe down which is pretty mad.

Here we go, looking at this pic really looks like the car is super low. Now the car is actually set quite high so it must be the downforce of the wing/splitted causing the car so squat down (that or this pic is from the bottom of paddock hill).

That looks like the start of Clearways, so your nearside suspension is going to be fully loaded.

Just a wee update to this since Brands we've been digging to try and identift the missfire I experienced on track.... After renewing the loom, coil pack, fuel pump (Sytec), injectors, spark plugs, crank sensor, fuel rail, fuel pressure regulator, a number of the inlet and exhaust valves, a piston (with rings) and engine oil (all to no effect), we decided to go over to double valve springs in case the issue was valve bounce/float. Coupled this with some new hydraulic lifters and we cured the fault Also id'd the issue that caused the engine damage at Knockhill. Boost control valve had a split diaphragm so at idle was running very very lean Now replaced! Currently have some clearance issues with the rockers but am confident the engine will be in great shape by Cadwell Park in a few weeks Also have some proper subframe brackets coming for the spoiler....

OK so I've lost my way with this project thread!! Racing took over and havent had time to update this thread.

So in a nutshell....... Had terrible problems with the engine after Brands and it let us down again at Cadwell. Ended up removing it completely and dropping a standard engine ahead of Le Mans. Engine was great and we've seen out the season in style taking a double 1st at Anglesey and a 1'st/2nd at Snetterton which secured us the overall win in the championship sweeeeeeeeet!!

So now this engine has to come out and mine will need rebuilding so I may as well take it to stage III. Parts being sorted for all this.
In the mean time; my latest acquisition....
