I gave up waiting and made my own fixed brackets. Now it's at least as low as a standard seat thumbsup

Don't suppose you have any pointers as to how you made them? Cheers

Initially I made then out of 4mm alloy but wasn't happy about the strength so got an engineering firm to replicate them in steel. Be warned though, the seats are NOT symmetrical for some reason. I'll dig out the alloy templates and take a picture if it would help.

Obviously this was a work in process. As I point out in the picture the final profile was altered for safety plus it allows for more adjustment. I'm about to return the bases to the engineering company for coating so will take some more pics of those. Also, the finished bases have a metal return for the seatbelt bolts to go through. I know my little drawing isn't very clear but the finished pictures will show it. One last thing, these were obviously hand cut, the finished bases look much neater.

I gave up worrying about it in the end - just sticking with the seats slightly high. PSR have made brackets in the past and might be able to help
