Yeah retain the rear caliper for handbrake
This is the thing that really annoys me about all of the "2-pot on the rear" brackets. Why, if you're going to the effort of designing and manufacturing them, don't you just design a small ear on them, to mount a cheap 200 gramme £20 HiSpec/Wilwood handbrake spot caliper and then bin the dead weight that is the iron Brembo caliper altogether? If the ear was a reasonable distance below the mounting points for the 2-pots, you'd have the choice to retain the Brembo's or fit the spot calipers at that time or in the future. Real opportunity missed to lose a couple more kilos of crud from the back of the car.
BTW, that's not a criticism aimed at you Joe.

The Jag XJR had an interesting rear setup.
Aston Martin, too. Probably the same parts bin.
Wilwood make some nice 2 and 4-pot calipers with a integrated spot caliper. It's either them or HiSpec that also make a caliper that takes an optional bolt-on spot caliper as well.
