And it'll all change again when the next supplier comes along...

or have they already? http://www.elise-sho...e-p-502574.html

Me and joe haven't made a killing from heaters as of late, so ill wait till they come down in price a little. ;)

I think you'd be surprised at the heaters if you look at the margin and time committed. I'm not sure i'd do it again knowing what I do.
Think of all the happy customers all warm and toasty all year round. That's got to be worth it surely?

No, I want my wallet to keep me warm and toasty, maybe I should look at selling low material cost items like hardtops...

Exactly my problem a set of front 308mm drilled and grooved discs with normal size drilled and grooved discs for £100 is a bargain and looks good Bells and rotors are a dream but too much of an investment... Maybe one day...

I'm on a big weight loss binge at the moment; it's the cheapest way to make my car go faster and brake quicker, but it's an expensive way to lose 1 kg per corner. I just do a poo before I get in the car.

There are always these if it wasn't for the 'not for more than 200 bhp' warning: http://www.elisepart...elled-discs-s2/

I'd love a bidding war between you and jonnyboy. Get them prices down. :)

Lights are what I'd be interested in so chop chop with them please.

Ha, no, it's nasty stuff to work with, anyway I've just sold mine because my heater works.

Prototype headlights are in my kitchen at the moment with a 3.0" Bosch xenon projector unit bolted into them, I'm not going to have any retina left if I keep playing with them.

I'd of thought them discs would be fine over 200 if fitted on the rear?

Apparently it's just down to the quality of the rotor - the AP rotors dissipate heat better (probably due to better quality casting allowing for wider vents), but AP rotors cost a lot so the EP own ones are cheaper but not as good. If you plan on using it for mainly road use you will be fine.

and you're right, they probably are okay on the rear, but I don't see the point in running separate rotors on the rear and casts on the front, and mixing different rotor types will just get confusing when you have to replace them.

Elise Parts were supposed to be bringing out four pots with integrated handbrake, not sure what happened there though. Might not have been sufficiently hammer resistant.

With the combination of the adaptor and hand brake spot caliper, I wonder if its worth just designing the hub carrier?

Given Nev's experience trying to get some custom uprights made, maybe not.

GT Uprights for the win.
