I would say calipso ears, and the use the MMG cf sheet for the stone protection, just behind them.

Will you do any wrapping or livery in the short future, or just keep it calipso untill you saved of for a respray in a funcky color? (just to get an understanding of the color theme now and later)

yeah it will be staying red until i stop spending on making it handle/stop and go! then need to decide on a colour :beat:

big thanks to huw1987everton for the passenger side tubby vent. spent yesterday repairing it and today a little bit more sanding/heating/bending and now its looking good, i wish i took a before and after picture :beat: anyways i am spraying the grill satin as i believe this is what it is... (awaits being proved wrong!)

also finished off preping the front louvres and sprayed them matt black to match the window surround however i may spray them gloss black to match the wheels havent decided yet... any thoughts?

im not so sure about the pressed mesh, but after you have done it and it looks good make 2 sets :P dave, im going to mesh the wheelarch liners instead :)

Louvres look superb. Must get me some of them. Didn't think it would work in black but that looks good. More pics when there in mate. Can't believe you're going to be cracking the dremel out again lol

Took me ages to dremel the louvre vents out! But doable It would appear I'm getting quite good with the bodywork mods now. The trick is patience which in my old age I seem to be getting!! This will be the hard part though as I will need to make a template from something that isn't flat but measure a million times and cut once then sand loads :lol:
