Much better warm and cold idle with an ETB and no need for an idle control valve.

I despise ICVs

:yeahthat:
I'd forgotten about that little issue.

I like my cable throttle/pedal combo and I think suits the iTBs rather than the SC due to the higher rev range as it has such a long travel (well mine does but then that could just be disappointing engineering)Posted Image.

i am very keen to keep the fbw tb as cable throttle introduces more potential issues/failures which i am not keen on.

Hmmm, cable vs etb. One nice thick, strong cable vs 8 flimsy little wires, two electrical sensors and 4 wiring plugs I know which way I'd go if I knew I wasn't pioneering.

You're one of 'Those' people  I'll type slower in our coming chats :P

I love ETB's and a well calibrated setup should be totally transparent to the driver.

:D

:yeahthat:

list for step 1:

splitter
louvres
canards
finish off spoiler mounts (e.g. cut boot out and make it removeable!)
swap front V over poof
fit brake cooling pipes
fit undertrays and rear diffuser
fit clams

fairly easy tbh, i hope to have ALOT of this done this weekend!
