Keep at it mate. You know that anything novel with these cars is a royal pain in the @rse and emotions can be a real roller-coaster ride but it will be well worth it when it's all done. thumbsup chinky chinky

I would look at other things as well, FPR as Techie says or filter/supply pipes. Is there anything pinched in the new fuel lines or any other restrictor in the fuel lines. Is the big external cannister filter OK? All fuel lines have a smooth run with no kinks?

:yeahthat: and a good powersupply to the pump... The Walbro should not be your problem, unless it is clogged or you got a bad pump.

All fuel lines checked and go straight in with no kinks Fpr was checked All things point to the pump Canister is only a vent and nothing changed there. Dodgy pump I imagine but can't be arsed pissing in the wind with another pump so will get an 044 that I know is up to the job.

ahh so maybe don't ignore me :D

I'd mentioned the possibility of them maxing out, but then re-read and saw the fuel pressure dropping off comment so deleted it.

Joe, when you say the pressure dropped off I'm assuming you/CMS were measuring the pressure or you assuming that because it's running lean?

I thought someone mentioned the VXR injectors would be close to maxing out when Nick took his car in and knowing you wanted to one up him ;) you might be running a smaller pulley and maxing out the injectors?

Is the diameter of the pipework too small? Do you want me to pull the pump out of my car for you to try?
