The car is far from pretty so negative comments don't bother me, just move over to the left when I come past ;)

Just like any event run under an MSA permit, you have to comply with Blue Book but since it covers everything from circuit racing to 12 cars, you have to know where to look. The SRs for the championship should spell out which bits you need to adhere to and which you can ignore. For example, J.5.2.7 says not aerodynamic devices except for very specific exceptions. I see that a lot of TA cars run wings so I guess the SRs allow it but you need to check or you'll spend all your time building something that you will risk having to take a hacksaw to at the first event to get through scruitineering. I've been in enough arguments with scrutineers to think it's worth asking the question now! :D

Actually, I've just found the TA SRs and it doesn't over rule J.5.2.7 at all so in theory all those cars running wings should fail scrutineering. In fact, the section on protecting their "Commercial Undertakings" is bigger than the section on protecting competitors. I guess you can do what you like then. Carry on!
