I'm lost....
So you maxed out your VXR injectors with the Walbro at 377, but at the same time you ran out of fuel pressure due to pump problems..
Fit that 044, some proper leads+relay and TEST the flow at full pressure (base + boost) before you travel north again!

Nick maxed his injectors out at 377
My fuel pump couldn't keep up the pressure above 5k but still pulled 377 but was lean

I don't have a fuel pressure guage is there any other way to test?
The fuel pressure reg itself has been tested

Borrow/buy/fab yourself some pressure tester. Still have the small valve on the rail? Otherwise simply plumb a T in the feed for your manometer.
I would:
- fit a tester to the rail/feed line
- dump return flow in a bucket and measure flow + time at base pressure (in a decent sized measuring can/bottle whatever)
- pump-up the regulator (bicycle airpump f.i.) till 3.8+boost (say 5.5-6 bar) and measure flow again.
Simple job, but a bit messy/smelly...

Joe this map is no good until they sort it let me tell you you can't run that on track.
The reason IMHO that me 2.8 and you 2.9 fell off at 377 is because the intake manifold is maxed out, NO more there. I spoke to Jon he knows I am on a 2.8 now but he thought that was a standard 80mm (3.14). I will change mine back to 2.9 ASAP as I have he whine and it's annoying
